Our company KALOKERINOS ST. ILIAS - NILKA system - has been active in the space frame constructing business since 1981.

Our company consists of the department of design, the department of quality control and the manufacturing establishments.

 

The design department studies the architectural demands, the conditions of support and the desirable structural depth for the space frame, and then chooses the geometrical shape and the appropriate grid module. The static calculations are performed by computer software. Using these calculations the dimensions of the components of the space frame are decided. The estimated loads are in accordance with the Greek and National standards ( NEAK, EC1).

 

The department of quality control is responsible for the production line's technological aspect and each component's production procedure in accordance with ISO 9002:1994, appropriate checking is done in every phase of the production line.

 

In the manufacturing establishments, the components of the space frame are fabricated. The materials used are in accordance with the National standards (DIN, ASTM).

 

Our company assumes the assembly and installation space frames.
